Stand power: // PROPELLING THINGS. Generally this will manifest in the form of putting rocket boosters or thrusters on things. Like say, a rocket appearing out of his arm for a ROCKET PAUNCH. There is a fairly small range limit to this, basically he needs to be able to touch the object that is going to be propelled, if not get his hand exactly in the spot the propulsion will come out of. He can set the initial direction of the propulsion but can't control it beyond that. So he can put a rocket on someone and send them flying to the left but they will keep going left or they will figure out how to change their own direction.

This can also be used more metaphorically, like PROPELLING EMOTIONS. E.G. throwing people into a berserker fury, or intensifying someone's pulse, etc.
